Village Quality
To supply and install a +2 degree chiller and -21 degree freezer complete with racking in all cold rooms and grocery warehouse area. Chiller and freezer using a compressor receiver system with remote condensers. We constructed a mezzanine floor to be utilised as a plant room for the compressors. To maximise storage space in the chiller Arctic Services designed the construction of the cold room panels to follow the angle of the pitched roof, this allowed us to install the racking at different heights along each run, giving additional height for pallet storage. The freezer was designed to have glass display doors on 3 x walls for customers to pick products directly. All warehouse racking is complete with column guards to all uprights and A-Safe rack end barriers, giving high-quality protection from forklift traffic. Chiller and freezer walls supplied with internal and external concrete curbs for optimal protection from forklifts and customers trollies/flatbeds from damaging cold room walls. -

To supply and install a +2/+4 degrees chiller cold room for fruit and vegetables, complete with mezzanine floor and load gate to maximise storage space. To help give additional protection to the cold room wall panels we installed steel angle protection to all exposed internal and external walls along with an aluminium checker plate on all internal cold room walls and doors. -

Fruits of Lebanon
Scope of works to supply and install a mezzanine floor with 2 x +1/+2 degrees chillers, designed to hold cherries and berries at low temperatures, 1 x +2 degrees chiller cold room with electric roller shutters below the mezzanine. Downstairs chiller cold room complete with aluminium checker plate and steel angle to protect the wall panels from forklift traffic and pallet -

Arctic installed a 2000 pallet -21 degrees freezer room complete with a high-speed roller shutter and goal post protection, racking system and barrier protection. Using energy-saving refrigeration equipment and LED sensor lighting.
Remote condenser installation for the entire Cooks Delights Ltd warehouse. Cooks Delight Ltd plant room building, manufactured by Arctic housing compressors, control panels, pipework and electrical installation.

REYNOLDS CATERING SUPPLIES
Reynolds Catering supplies installation of Airedale unit, control panels with remote monitoring and inverter evaporator fan controls. Installation of 400kW chilled water/glycol refrigeration plant.
Installation of the cold room, evaporators and high-speed roller shutters.

This project included 2 new chiller cold rooms for storage of their produce. -

When Cooks Delights Ltd were building a new multi temperature distribution centre, we automatically turned to Arctic Services who we have known for 15 years whilst we operated from New Spitalfields Market.
