We were founded by Managing Director Andrew Velleman, over 40 years ago. Andrew’s personal commitment to his clients and a passion for creating the best quality and service in the sector allow him to lead the team of professional engineers and office staff that all embrace the company ethos that our service only works if our clients are satisfied.
We install Refrigeration and Air Conditioning equipment and offer maintenance services in some of the country’s most prestigious museums, Royal Parks and well known food distributors.
From Café chains to fruit and veg suppliers to pharmaceutical companies we meet all the cooling, storage and catering needs of our clients.
We offer a nationwide service covering all major UK cities including Wales and Scotland. Our head office is strategically based within and near to the M25, making us in easy reach of London and the Home Counties. HQ houses a central administration office and workshop with storage facilities.

When Cooks Delights Ltd were building a new multi temperature distribution centre, we automatically turned to Arctic Services who we have known for 15 years whilst we operated from New Spitalfields Market.
