PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES IMPLEMENTED AT ARCTIC SERVICES

To our Customers, Suppliers, and Associates,

I am writing to update you on our operations during this unprecedented global issue.

With COVID-19 developing in many countries around the world, our commitment at Arctic is to adhere to the strictest of W.H.O advice, and the protocols advised by authorities.

The well-being of our customers, our associates and our staff is our absolute priority, and you can be assured that health and safety has our complete attention.

All of our employees are fully aware of the current requirements and are undertaking extreme levels of health and safety procedure to ensure that the highest possible hygiene standards are maintained, throughout every aspect of our works.

Any member of staff returning from the affected areas abroad – or those who have family members or house-mates recently returned from these regions – have automatically been asked to self-quarantine for fourteen days.

It is of vital importance for us to be in a position to ensure that any and all procedures are in place to support the health and well-being of our customers.

Our engineers will be operating as normal with our additional procedures in place, however, to minimize the risk of any infection, we have limited our field-based sales team who will be, in the first instance focused on working over the phone and will be available for video calls over the coming weeks.
